In a recent update, our Chief Engineer and Partner, Jorge Grave, shared the latest developments regarding the construction of Burgau Sea Gardens. Here are the key highlights:
- The masonry work for blocks B and A1 has been successfully completed. Additionally, the masonry work for blocks A2 and C is currently underway and is expected to be finished by the end of November.
- For the blocks where the masonry work has been completed, we have started assembling the first phase of the technical installations, including boxes and pipes.
- Block B, which is more advanced in the construction process, has already had the thermal coating applied on the exterior. In November, we will begin the same process for block A.
- The construction of the external support walls and the access ramp to the basement is currently in progress and are expected to be completed by November 15th.
With each milestone achieved, we are excited to see Burgau Sea Gardens taking shape and progressing towards becoming a remarkable residential project. Stay tuned for more updates.
