Structural Completion and Key Developments at Vale da Ria

José Correia, Project Manager for the Vale da Ria development, is pleased to report significant construction progress on Plot 10.

The villa’s reinforced concrete structure is now complete, giving full shape to the building. The concrete work for the pool has also been finalised, marking another key advancement in the construction timeline.

Masonry on the ground floor has been completed, allowing for the transition to the next stages of development. In addition, the roof is prepared to receive its screed layer. Slopes and curbs have been constructed, setting the groundwork for proper waterproofing and ensuring effective water drainage across the roof once that phase is executed.

On the external front, land backfilling and leveling work around the terrace adjacent to the pool is currently underway. This process is essential to integrating the villa’s outdoor areas with the surrounding landscape, in line with the project’s architectural vision.

Infrastructure installation is progressing well, with drainage systems, both exterior and interior, already in place. The waterproofing of all underground walls has been completed, providing long-term protection for the villa against water ingress.

Though this plot has already been sold, those interested in the project should note that Plot 13 remains available. For further information, prospective buyers are encouraged to get in touch.
