Construction at Vale da Ria continues to move forward, with key milestones reached and several phases of work well underway.
According to the project’s lead engineer, significant progress has been made on multiple fronts. The waterproofing of the outdoor terraces on the ground floor—including the pool area and interior patios—has been fully completed. This crucial step ensures the durability and resilience of the building’s outdoor features, protecting them from water damage and enhancing long-term structural integrity.

Inside, the project is also advancing steadily. The installation of the building’s elevator system is nearly finished, with only the doors remaining to be mounted. Meanwhile, the aluminum window frames, a central element in the building’s sleek, modern design, are currently in production.

Interior finishes are progressing as well. The plastering of the interior walls with projected stucco is nearly complete across the entire ground floor, including all sanitary facilities. This work marks an important step in refining the project’s interior aesthetic and ensuring smooth, durable surfaces throughout.

In addition to these advancements, the construction team has finished laying the geotextile membrane and gravel on the roof. This not only improves the building’s insulation and drainage capabilities but also sets the stage for the installation of the final roof finishes.

Landscaping and outdoor work are also well underway. The team has begun the modeling of the exterior terrain, preparing the grounds to harmonize with the surrounding landscape and the project’s overall vision of integrating luxury living with natural beauty.

Finally, preparations for pouring the ground floor slab of the garage are in progress, laying the foundation for this critical part of the development.
