Progress on Burgau Sea Gardens Development

We are thrilled to share the latest progress on the Burgau Sea Gardens development, an exclusive project we are undertaking in partnership with BGE. As our chief engineer and partner, Jorge Grave, reports, construction is moving forward at an impressive pace, promising future residents an exceptional living experience.

Construction Progress

Block B:

1. The installation of false ceilings and the terraces on the roof has been successfully completed.
2. Model apartments P0 and P1 are fully completed and furnished, ready to give potential buyers a glimpse of the luxury lifestyle awaiting them.
3. Interior painting, along with the installation of interior doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and sanitary equipment, is currently in progress.

Block A:

1. The cladding of interior walls and ceilings has been completed, paving the way for further developments.
2. The installation of false ceilings and interior painting is actively underway.

Block C:

1. The cladding of interior walls and ceilings is ongoing, with a focus on maintaining high standards and efficiency.

Exterior Arrangements:

1. Construction work on the pools and reception area has commenced, adding to the array of amenities available to residents.

The Burgau Sea Gardens condominium comprises 32 elegant apartments, each with two bedrooms, including a master suite. Top floor apartments offer a balcony and a private roof terrace, while ground-floor units feature expansive balconies and private gardens with direct pool access. Both types of units have the option to include private jacuzzis.

Every apartment includes a designated parking space and a private storage room in the garage, enhancing convenience and security for residents.
