We are pleased to provide an update on the ongoing construction at Encosta da Luz. Below is a summary of the progress across the various lots:
Plot 1: Structural Work Completed
The timber framework, floor slabs, and exterior walls have been completed. Work is now focused on the interior wall structures and the installation of technical systems.
Plot 2: Project Completion and Sales Preparation

Plot 3: Final Finishes Ongoing
Installation of sanitary fittings, interior doors, wardrobes, and kitchen. Exterior landscaping, including pathways and garden, is in progress. Completion is expected by the end of October.
Plot 4: Nearing Completion
Final finishing work is in progress, including the installation of sanitary fittings and interior doors. Exterior landscaping is being completed, with an expected completion by the end of September.
Plot 5: Insulation and Interior Structure Progress
Exterior thermal insulation has been installed, and the interior wall structures have been assembled. Work continues on the interior walls and technical system installations.
Plot 6: Foundation Work Completed
The foundations for the house and paddle court have been completed. Construction of the house structure and the paddle court base is now in progress.
Plot 8: Architectural Design Finalised
The architectural design has been completed, and engineering work is in progress. Preliminary communication is scheduled for September, with construction set to begin in October or November.
