Work at Vale da Ria is moving forward with steady progress across various areas of the site.
Preparations for roof waterproofing are now complete, with the work scheduled to begin next week. Wall groove openings are in progress, alongside the extension of the buried sewer networks in the basement floor area, particularly the garage.
In the South and West elevations, backfilling and landscaping efforts are advancing well, including the development of the garden area near the pool. Terrain shaping is also underway in the South-facing section, which encompasses the entrance to the house.
Concrete kerbs for the interior terrace walls have been successfully completed, and work continues on the kerbs for exterior openings.
