The Encosta da Luz project continues to progress steadily, with several work fronts moving forward simultaneously. Here’s the latest update from the construction site:
Plot 1
The plasterboard installation on ceilings and interior/exterior walls has been completed. We are now proceeding with the installation of aluminium frames to close the openings. Additionally, works on the external utility networks, including water supply, sewage, and electrical/ITED systems, are currently underway.
Plot 2
Excavation works have been completed, and we are now preparing to begin the reinforced concrete structure works, marking the start of the building’s main framework.
Plot 5
Interior fit-out works are progressing, with ceramic wall and floor tiling currently underway.
Plot 6
This plot has reached the final finishing phase, both indoors and outdoors. Current works include interior and exterior painting, electrical installations, carpentry, metalwork, as well as landscaping and garden arrangements.
Plot 8
Following the completion of excavation and foundation works, reinforced concrete construction is now in progress. Structural pillars and walls are currently being built, gradually shaping the building.
The Encosta da Luz project remains on track, with construction progressing efficiently across all active plots. We will continue to provide regular updates as the project moves forward.
