Significant progress continues at the Burgau Sea Gardens development. Below is the latest status of construction across the site:
Block A
Current works focus on the installation of false ceilings and interior painting. All exterior window frames have been fully installed.
Block B
Interior works are in progress, with the painting, and installation of interior doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and sanitary equipment underway. Exterior works have been completed, including installing window frames and shutters.
Block C
Interior wall and ceiling coverings are being installed. As with the other blocks, exterior framing has been completed.
Exterior Works
The pool structure and external sewage and drainage systems have been completed. Foundation work for the reception area has now begun.
