Jorge Grave gives us the latest updates on the Encosta da Luz construction, including the news that we have completed the construction of our first villa.
Plot 1
The earthmoving work is scheduled to commence in January.
Plot 2
Currently, we are in the process of designing detailed plans for a spacious 300m2 house.
Plot 3
We’re continuing the execution of exterior walls using SIPS panels, while also focusing on the interior walls, which will be constructed with plasterboard. The completion forecast for this lot is the end of April 2024.
Plot 4
As part of our commitment to quality, the execution of interior walls in the Pladur system is currently underway. Additionally, we have commenced the installation of vital infrastructure such as water, sewage, electricity, and telecommunication networks.
Plot 5
Work continues on assembling the metal structure.
Plot 6
Construction is scheduled to begin by March 2024.
Plot 7
We are delighted to announce that the construction of plot 7 has been completed, and our team is now working on finishing the garden.
Plot 8
The architectural project has reached its final stages of execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously reviewed and perfected before the project moves forward.
