We have several updates to share with you regarding our project in Praia da Luz.
Progress of Plot 7 construction – the first phase of the technical installations was concluded, with the installation of all the boxes, pipes and cabling. We also began the filling of the floors and the closing of the interior walls. The application of the external thermal insulation system with cork coating is also in progress. We recently received the approval of the engineering projects for Plot 5, having been requested to issue the respective construction license. The start of excavation work is expected for the second week of May.
On Plot 4, we have completed the metal structure, which was all assembled on site in 6 weeks. In May we will start the wooden floors.
The elements of the reinforced concrete structure, foundations and supporting walls completed, this week we will start assembling of the metallic structure on Plot 3.
At the end of March, we delivered the architecture projects of Plot 1 to Câmara Municipal Lagos for licensing, so we should have more news soon!
