Plot 1
We have cleaned the lot and completed the site fencing. We are now waiting for instructions from the client to begin the next phase of the project.
Plot 2
This plot is for sale. We are developing projects for a 300m2 house and offering two options: steel frame construction (2,510,000€) or traditional construction (2,350,000€).
Plot 3
The structure and land preparation have been completed. Work has begun on the construction of structural wooden floors, and the pool structure has been completed.
Plot 4
The slabs have been completed and we have started on the exterior walls made of SIPS panels. The pool structure has also been completed.
Plot 5
The reinforced concrete foundations have been completed, followed by the execution of the support walls and assembly of the metal structure.

This plot is reserved.
Plot 7
We have completed the assembly of the interior air conditioning machines and begun closing the false ceilings. The modeling of the exterior terrain has been completed to begin the exterior paving and garden. Next week, the assembly of the exterior frames will begin to close the house and begin the final interior finishes. All the interior walls and false ceilings have been completed. The next stages of our work will focus on laying wall coverings and exterior work, including the garden. The assembly of the exterior frames has begun.
Plot 8
This plot is also for sale. The architectural project is in the final stage of execution and will be submitted for approval to CM Lagos within 30 days.
