Plot 1
The commencement of earthmoving work is scheduled to begin in December

We are currently developing projects for a 300m2 house.
Plot 3
The construction of the structural wooden floors has been successfully completed. Currently, our team is diligently working on the next phase, which involves the construction of the exterior walls. To ensure a high-quality and energy-efficient structure, we have opted to use SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) panels for this purpose. These panels are renowned for their exceptional insulation properties and durability, making them an ideal choice for our project. By utilising SIPS panels, we aim to enhance the overall strength and longevity of the building.
Plot 4
The exterior walls have been successfully completed. Now, we have moved on to the next phase of the project, which involves the installation of the interior walls using the Pladur system. This allows for efficient and precise construction, ensuring the highest quality and durability of the interior walls.
Plot 5
We are continuing our work on assembling the metal structure.
Plot 7
This was the very first plot that we started with, so as you can see, it’s the most advanced in terms of construction.
Currently, we have finished the interior painting and are in the process of installing the wooden floors, bathroom fixtures, and taps. Additionally, we are working on the garden and pavements. The doors and wardrobes are also nearing completion.
Plot 8
Architectural project in the final stage of execution, to be submitted for approval to CM Lagos within 15 days.
