Our team is diligently working on crafting detailed designs for an impressive 300m2 residence, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Plot 3
The installation of crucial technical networks including electricity, water, sewage, and air conditioning is well underway. Additionally, we’re applying cork thermal insulation to the exterior walls to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
Plot 4
We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of the installation of water, sewage, electricity, and telecommunication networks. Furthermore, work has begun on closing interior walls and applying cork thermal insulation to exterior walls, further solidifying the structure’s integrity.
Plot 5
The assembly of the metal structure is now complete, providing a solid foundation for the next phase of construction. Carpentry work has commenced on both floors and exterior walls, adding intricate detailing to the development.
Plot 6
The licensing process is progressing smoothly. We are planning the start of construction for March 2024.
Plot 7
The construction is complete and the new owners have already moved in. The habitation license is currently in process.
Plot 8
Architectural designs have been submitted for review and approval, while engineering projects are progressing as planned, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
