Here is an update of the construction of Burgau Sea Gardens from our chief engineer and partner, Jorge Grave.
The construction of Burgau Sea Gardens is progressing at a good pace, after some difficulties in completing the excavation, due to the heavy rains of December.
The work is now focused on the reinforced concrete structure, having already been completed the foundations of the basement of one of the 3 apartment blocks.
The structure is expected to be completed by the end of September and the start of masonry in May, thus maintaining our commitment to the work schedule.
We also stress our satisfaction with the quality and safety of the work, without any accident occurred.
