Jorge Grave once again shares with us more details on the construction progress.
The construction progress is going well and we are on track to meet our deadlines. The team is working diligently to ensure that everything is on schedule.
We are pleased to report that the construction of block A2 is proceeding according to plan and is set to be completed by August 29th. In addition, the masonry work in block B has been progressing smoothly and is anticipated to be completed by the end of August. Once this is done, we will start working on block A1.
Furthermore, we have already begun the process of marking the technical installations in block C.
There are only 13 apartments for sale
The condominium consists of 32 apartments, with 2 bedrooms, one of which is in suite. The superior apartments have a balcony and a private roof terrace.
The ground floors have large balconies and private gardens with direct access to the pool. In both cases, there is the option of installing private jacuzzis.
At the moment there are 5 ground floor apartments and 6 first floor apartments available.
